When is the Photo Pre-Oder deadline for 2012 Mids & Pacific Synchro Sectionals?[top]
All Pre-Orders MUST be received by January 19, 2012

What is included in the "Team Action Photo CD"? [top]
The "Team Action Photo CD" includes all photos taken during your team's event performance. The price includes a commemorative copy for all team members that has the competition logo, team name & division. A print release is also included on the CD for your personal use of the images.

Are there discounts for multiple events? [top]
Yes, we are pleased to offer significant savings when ordering multiple events per team , per division. So if your team skates both a Short Program & Freeskate or if your team skates in more than one qualifying round, you can benefit from the discounts.

When will Pre-Orders be delivered? [top]
We will make every attempt to fulfill all pre-orders on-site at the competition, however in the event high order volume limits our ability for on-site delivery, any pre-orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis - all others will be shipped free of charge.

Where do I pick up my Team Pre-Order/Standard Order? [top]
Look for our Kreativ Imaging Photo Booth at the competition to pick up your pre-orders and regular orders that are completed. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes after the completion of your event before checking to give us an opportunity to fufill your order. NOTE: A team representative or coach must sign for any team orders.

How do we view photos? [top]
During the competition we will have on-site viewing stations where you can view your event(s). Viewing stations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will also have online viewing available within 48-72 hours after the conclusion of the competition. Links to the event will be posted to our website and you may sign up for our email list at the competition to be notified when they are ready.

Will there be On-Site Printing? [top]
Yes, we will be fulfilling as many print orders as possible on-site so you many enjoy your photos immediately. We will be printing up to 8x10 size standard prints, all other items ordered will be shipped to you directly within 2-4 weeks depending on the item(s) ordered.

What is the refund/exchange policy? [top]
Refunds will be given only to orders cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Once prints or CDs are produced, no refunds will be given. We are not responsible for lost or damaged prints, CDs or other photo products once items have been picked up. If you experience any issues with your CD you can return for a new copy within 7 days of the competition. Replacements will ONLY be given for playback issues, NOT for lost or mishandled CDs.
