- Please be sure to check our Availability Calendar and call 586.675.7457 or email us BEFORE purchasing the the "Keepsake Collection" Wedding Groupon to ensure we have your wedding date open. Once you have verified availability and purchased your Wedding Groupon, contact us asap to lock in your wedding date and we can work to schedule a consultation to go over your event details.
- For the "Engagement Session" Groupons please call 586.675.7457 or email us a minimum of seven (7) days prior to when you would like to schedule your portrait session - the more advance notice, the better.
- If you are wanting to use the "General Photo Package" for a specific event such as a family renunion, etc. please check our Availability Calendar and call 586.675.7457 or email us BEFORE purchasing to ensure we can accommodate your event. For standard uses of the "General Photo Package" that don't have any specific date requirements please call or email us a minimum of seven (7) days prior to when you would like to schedule your session, again the more advance notice the better.
- Please present your Groupon at the time of your wedding consultation or your portrait session.

"Can I upgrade my package?"
You can enhance your package at any time on an a la cart basis. You can add coverage time, prints, albums, and more. Contact Us for pricing details or visit our wedding package page for available offerings.
"When does my Groupon Expire?"
All groupons must be redeemed 1/9/2013.
"Will the quality of service be lesser than if I were to pay full price?"
You will still receive the same high caliber of service that we provide to all our clients regardless of any discounted packages. We are a family owned business that takes great pride in our work. We have worked very hard to establish our good reputation and we would never jeopardize that by providing poor quality services or products.
How many weddings/events can you cover in a day?
We have two main photographers and two video crews available. We will only cover a maximum of two weddings per day providing we have not scheduled any other portrait sessions or events that same day. If you check our Availability Calendar, there will be a designation if a photographer is available when other events are booked for the same day. If you do not see that designation then we are fully booked. Dates that are blank are completely open.
